An employee was driving an ATV uphill. Having pulled over and parked to allow a tracked vehicle to travel down the right-of-way, the employee was trying to pull out and resume when the ATV tipped sideways and rolled about 400 feet downhill. The employee suffered a head laceration and a broken arm, as well as trouble breathing.
