Narrative

At about 3:15-3:30 p.m. on October 7, 2018, an apprentice meat cutter at EGW was cutting lamb using a bandsaw. The saw blade hit a bone in the lamb, and the employee's hand was pulled into the blade. He suffered a laceration and fracture of his right index finger, and was hospitalized.
