Narrative

A temporary employee was bailing scrap wire. The bailer operates by pulling the wire into the machine and winding the wire. The bailer was operating in automatic mode while the temporary employee used their right foot to guide the wire into the bailing machine. The employee's shoe lace was then snagged by the wire, pulling the temporary employee into the bailing machine. The employee suffered fractures to the right leg below the knee.
