Narrative

An employee was transporting a large roll of plastic via hand cart. The hand cart had a vertical pole that struck an overhead piece of equipment, causing the employee's right hand to become caught between the pole and the cart frame. When the employee attempted to removed the hand, the ring and middle fingers were de-gloved. The fingers were later medically amputated.
