Narrative

On October 17, 2018, at approximately 1:40 PM, an employee was straddling a truss approximately 16 feet above the ground and cutting the top off the post with a chainsaw. As he made the cut, the chainsaw cut into his right leg above the knee, requiring hospitalization.
