Narrative

At approximately 2:00 p.m., on October 18, 2018, an employee moved a recreational vehicle, exited it, and then walked in front of the vehicle. The vehicle was not in park at the time and it rolled over the employee, causing trauma to her lower torso and legs. She was hospitalized.
