Narrative

An employee was moving a pallet with a forklift. As he was turning, he backed into the rack behind him. This in turn pushed his body into the windshield of the forklift, causing it to break the glass protective screen, and his body bumped the forklift. He suffered lacerations to the left side of his face and fractured ribs.
