An employee was lowering fins into a 95-degree-Celsius water bath, used to stretch fibers. A hole in the employee's left glove allowed water in, and the employee's hand was burned. The employee was hospitalized. Hot stretch gloves over cut-resistant gloves were being worn at the time of the incident.
