An employee was reroofing a two-story condo complex. While reaching to access a ladder, the employee slipped on debris and fell 18 feet, landing on the ground and coming into contact with a bush. The employee suffered cuts on the eyebrow and lips, a minor fracture of the eyebrow, and a suspected concussion. Fall protection was not being worn at the time of the incident.
