Narrative

At 11:00 a.m. on November 8, 2018, an employee was feeding an HDPE plastic lumber panel into a self-feeding table saw. The scrap piece being cut off the panel kicked back at the employee, striking him in the hand and chest and breaking his left ring finger. He was hospitalized.
