Narrative

On November 15, 2018, an employee was changing the bands on the rollers of an automated rolling line. The employee's left arm was caught in the rollers, causing compound fractures that required surgery and hospitalization. The equipment was not locked out or powered off at the time of the incident. Gloves and long sleeves were being worn.
