Narrative

An employee stepped off an electric pallet jack and walked alongside it. He then attempted to stop the pallet jack by operating the controls on the handle. The pallet jack approached another piece of equipment, and his right leg was caught between the two pieces of equipment. He was hospitalized with a fractured right fibula and tibia.
