Two employees were moving a sheet of metal from a shear onto a table. One of the employees dropped his end of the metal while the other employee was still holding his end. The employee's left index fingertip was pinched between the sheet of metal he was holding and a sheet of metal that was on the table, resulting in a partial fingertip amputation.
