Narrative

An employee was standing on the dock waiting for a container to be off-loaded so that he could place the container twist-locks. The employee moved in towards the container as the driver began to pull away. The employee was struck by the rear axle of the empty trailer chassis and suffered a fractured pelvis and right hand.
