Narrative

On November 18, 2018, an employee was trying to clear a clog in the feeder throat of a press. The press cycle was initiated, and the tip of the employee's left middle finger was pinched in a metal door inside the feeder that closed when the press was activated. The employee suffered a fingertip amputation.
