Narrative

An employee was on a ladder helping to guide a 400-pound angle iron into place so he could weld it to the brackets on the precast wall. The angle iron hit a bolt and disconnected from the magnet that was attached to the rigging of the crane. The employee fell from the ladder to the ground and sustained a laceration to his head and bruising throughout his body. The employee was wearing fall protection.
