Narrative

An employee was moving filing cabinets during hurricane cleanup at a job site. A second employee was moving filing cabinets that were on a dolly. The filing cabinets on the dolly tipped over and fell onto the first employee pinning him against a wall and fracturing his left leg. The injured employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
