Narrative

An employee was cleaning the ham pumper in the ham room. They were getting off the 3-foot high platform and stepped on the ham pumper's motor cover. The employee then slipped and fell hitting the cover and landing on the floor. The employee sustained a collapsed lung and a rib fracture.
