Narrative

An employee was walking towards a ramp over a large pit. The employee missed the ramp and fell into the pit, landing on the floor approximately 30 feet below. The employee sustained a fractured skull, broken T-5 and T-7 vertebrae, a collapsed lung, and head trauma.
