Narrative

An employee was attempting to remove a scroll compressor and was pulling on the suction line while his helper was heating the solder joint enough to allow him to pull the joint apart. His helper was in the process of removing the flame when hot refrigerant oil sprayed onto the employee's face, forearm, and neck, causing burns.
