Narrative

An employee finished drilling a hole into a hinge and was wiggling the hinge out of the drill when his hand raised up and the rotating drill caught his glove, pulling his hand into the drill. He suffered a crushed finger and several fractures to the left index and pinky fingers, leading to amputations.
