Narrative

An employee was working on a conveyor that had just been manufactured, testing its speed. A section of the conveyor was missing rollers; this exposed the V-belt and pulley sheave. As the employee measured the belt's speed, his left ring finger was caught between the V-belt and pulley sheave and was amputated.
