Narrative

On February 7, 2019, an employee was operating an egg flat washing machine. The employee was attempting to unload the washed egg flats when the employee's left middle finger was caught in a chain driven by a sprocket that moved the egg flats along the conveyor through the machine. The employee suffered a left middle finger amputation.
