Narrative

On February 21, 2019, an employee was guiding a load of steel that was being moved from a flatbed truck to the ground by a crane. As the load was about four feet from the ground, a rigging failure caused the steel to buckle and strike the employee. The employee was launched into the air about 15-20 feet. The employee sustained a broken arm, collar bone and pelvis.
