Narrative

On February 26, 2019, at approximately 12:15 p.m., an employee at Plaspack U.S.A., Inc. was cleaning the rubber rollers on a knitter machine when a chain and sprocket located above the floor grabbed her clothes and pulled her into a rotating shaft bracket.
