Narrative

On the morning of 3/11/2019, a temporary employee working for Deventry, was working on an exterior facade that was located on the rear of the school on top of a lower roof using a 16' extension ladder. The employee fell approximately 10 feet from the ladder and struck his head on the lower roof.
