Narrative

As part of a performance dexterity test, an employee exited a bus via the back emergency door: she opened the door, sat down, scooted out the door, and landed on her feet. She then fell forward, landing on her front on the parking lot pavement. Able to sit up, but not get up, she was hospitalized.
