Narrative

An employee was standing on a ladder trying to unclog a bark hopper using a high-pressure water hose when he fell from the third step (about 3 feet), then rolled over the ledge (about 3 feet) and onto a bark pile on a truck ramp. He was hospitalized with a fractured T-12 vertebra.
