Narrative

An employee was mixing feed when the transition (elevator leg) backed up. While he was clearing the backup, the system was turned back on and the employee was caught inside the machine causing a laceration to the back side of the employee's right arm between the shoulder and the elbow. The system was not locked out at the time.
