Narrative

An employee was manually pushing two sections of 3-inch pipe on two jack stands with wheels. One of the wheels on the stand struck a welders line (cable) and the jack stand stopped quickly and fell over. The pipe fell off the stand and struck the employee's left leg fracturing it.
