Narrative

An employee was transferring cleaned printing dies from a vertical drying rack back to a horizontal storage rack, about 4-6 feet away. As she turned toward the storage rack, she slipped on the printing plate and fell to the concrete floor, breaking her hip. She was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
