Narrative

On April 19, 2019, an employee was weighing the filament density on a twisting machine. The machine was equipped with a semi-portable control panel with a toggle button. While the employee was operating the toggle control, his right hand was inside the machine. The carriage moved and pinched his right index finger, resulting in an amputation to the finger.
