Narrative

An employee was working with two coworkers to load an ice bin onto a truck using a hand cart and the liftgate on the truck. The employee fell approximately 4 feet from the truck onto the pavement below and sustained two broken ribs, a bruised lung, facial abrasions, and lost consciousness.
