Narrative

An employee was operating a forklift in the yard. After unloading a pallet of shingles, he headed towards his supervisor, set the forklift's brake on parking, and exited the forklift. The forklift rolled forward and pinned him between his forklift and his supervisor's parked forklift. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis.
