Narrative

The injured employee was picking up the first concrete tilt-wall panel. As they were bringing the panel in to set it, another employee put his pry bar in to catch the panel. When the panel hit the bar, the bar came back and struck the injured employee in the shoulder/neck area causing a cervical bone fracture.
