Narrative

A maintenance team member was walking down a set of stairs. He was holding the rail with one hand and was holding a tool bag in the other hand. He lost his balance and slipped on the last couple of stairs. As he attempted to catch himself he landed hard on his foot and felt pain in his knee. He was hospitalized for a tear in the tendon that stabilizes the knee cap.
