Narrative

An employee was in a scissor lift approximately 22 feet in the air attaching a gutter to the hopper. The crane pendant dropped into the gutter. The crane began to move dislodging the gutter and it swung out and struck the scissor lift knocking it over. The employee was hospitalized for a fractured hip and a contusion to the skull.
