Fractures

On 5/20/2019, at approximately 10:00 a.m., an employee was helping another employee unload a large cylindrical item off of a trailer bed using nylon straps/slings. The object began to fall on one end, which pulled on the sling the first employee had wrapped around his arm. The force of the falling object caused the first employee to be pulled off of the ground, and he started to be pulled up and over the flatbed. His foot became caught on a gate, and his right femur became a fulcrum and was fractured.
