Narrative

On June 3, 2019, at approximately 12:00 PM, a temporary employee was placing reams of paper onto a conveyor when her glove was caught pulling her left hand into an area where two conveyors converge. The employee's left ring and pinky fingers were injured and the employee was hospitalized.
