Narrative

On June 5, 2019, an electrician was performing electrical work at an assisted living facility that was under construction. He was working with a junction box at an open ceiling grid from an 8-foot A-frame ladder when he was shocked and fell to the ground. He suffered several broken ribs, a head contusion and fractures to the L3 an L4 vertebrae. He was hospitalized.
