Narrative

An employee was trying to direct a crane load from the back of a Palletized Load System (PLS) vehicle. The employee was struck by the crane load while getting out of the way of the swinging load and suffered a fractured left wrist and elbow, a bruised hip, and a torn left rotator cuff.
