Narrative

On June 13, 2019, an employee was standing on a post peeler machine by the motor watching his two coworkers change out a busted hydraulic hose. His coworkers turned on the machine. After the machine was energized, his right middle fingertip was amputated with bone loss by the machine's moving belt.
