Narrative

On June 19, 2019, an employee was operating a machine that carries shingles onto a roof when the belt came off. As he attempted to set the belt onto the machine's pulley, his right index finger was caught between the pulley and the belt, resulting in an amputation of his right index finger without bone loss.
