Narrative

An employee was using a rag to clean a machine when the rag became caught, pulling his hand into the machine's chain and sprocket. As a result, he suffered an amputation of his middle finger, a partial amputation of his ring finger, and lacerations to two fingers. The machine was running at the time of the incident.
