Narrative

On June 22, 2019, an employee was descending the ladder of a 20-foot container when a 20-pound metal top plug swung and struck his head. The top plug was connected via rigging wire to a cargo vessel's aft crane. He sustained a contusion with a 2-inch cut above his left eyebrow, requiring hospitalization.
