Narrative

An employee (an assistant utility operator)was removing ash build-up and cleaning at the Metals Recovery Systems (MRS) building in high ambient temperatures. The MRS building houses an incinerator and it is made completely of metal materials. The employee experienced heat exhaustion and was hospitalized for severe dehydration.
