Narrative

An employee was helping a flatbed semi driver receive a load. The employee had cut banding on 3 rolled coils of metal. The coils shifted, causing one of them to fall onto the employee. The employee's right leg had to be surgically removed below the knee. The employee also suffered fractures to the left ankle and right wrist.
