Narrative

An employee got off of a forklift to reposition a steel coil (4,980 pounds, 68 inches high, 5.5 inches wide) that was on the forks of the forklift before setting it on an uncoiler machine when he was struck by the coil. He suffered broken ribs and a punctured right lung, requiring hospitalization.
