Narrative

An employee was removing pallets of merchandise from a trailer using a standup forklift when there was a pallet he could not reach. The employee got off the lift to arrange the pallet in such a manner that he could reach it when an unstable pallet next to the pallet he was manipulating fell on and broke his leg.
