Narrative

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on July 2, 2019, an employee was walking on a ship cableway located on the port side of the space en route to the port forward corner of the space when he tripped on the cableway and fell. As he fell, his calf impacted and was impaled by a U-channel bracket that was holding up the raceway. He was hospitalized.
